COMMUNITY OUTREACH CONSULTATION

How to Start a Community Outreach Ministry

With this consultation, we will help the church discover what God is calling them to do in their community.  Given the congregation's location, leadership, body, and the concerns of the community, we will help the church discern how they can best make an eternal impact for God’s Kingdom in their local area. This process will include:

• Prayer strategies

• An assessment of the community, including both demographics and psychographics

• Geographic mapping

• Interaction and interviews with pastors and church leaders

• Community stakeholder surveys

• Community partnership assessments

• Map your congregation

• Develop a strategic action plan

• Three months of coaching to help with implementation (6 sessions total, via Skype)
