COMPREHENSIVE CONSULTATION
Assess the current state of the church and determine a pathway for growth into the future
With this consultation, we will conduct a full-scale analysis of the church. Several areas of church health analysis are included:
An assessment of the community, including both demographics and psychographics
Interaction and interviews with pastors and church leaders
Analysis of the facilities
Statistical analysis of key church metrics
Stewardship/financial analysis
Discovery of growth and/or ministry obstacles and opportunities
An outsider’s perspective on the worship services
Transformational Church survey
Three months of coaching to help with implementation (6 sessions total, via Skype)

How to Start a Community Outreach Ministry
With this consultation, we will help the church discover what God is calling them to do in their community. Given the congregation's location, leadership, body, and the concerns of the community, we will help the church discern how they can best make an eternal impact for God’s Kingdom in their local area. This process will include:
Prayer strategies
An assessment of the community, including both demographics and psychographics
Geographic mapping
Interaction and interviews with pastors and church leaders
Community stakeholder surveys
Community partnership assessments
Map your congregation
Develop a strategic action plan
